Ingredients:

2lb. of wild caught Salmon Trout,Trout or Salmon. (Preferably fillet)

½ Pack of grass fed butter Kerry Gold or other. (Salted or not)

Pound or two of full fat organic sour cream.

Seasonings.

Salt (Celtic/ traditional sea or himalayan pink rocks)

Organic Oregano. (Optional)

Cooking.

First step is optional and depends on your personal preferences.
This is removing the skin of the fish. Typically I always prefer to do this since I like the taste a lot better when without it and on the other hand I feel it is way too taxing to my digestive system, so I tend to avoid it.

Even though we use fillet after I removing the skin we are also going to search for some bones left and we are going to remove them as well.

Than it is time for the seasonings.
Sprinkle some sea salt on top of them fillets and than put them into the oven for an hour or hour and a half . Put the oven on around 140 or 160 degrees celsius.

While the fish is cooking get a Pyrex pot. Throw 7, 8 or whatever number of eggs you want. Make sure they are free range.

Get a relatively big pan. Pre heat it on medium and melt around 50 to 60 grams of Kerry Gold or other Grass fed butter. After it is ready throw the eggs and cover the pan. Leave it like this for 10 to 15 minutes.

Than uncover the pan and flip the eggs. If you have hard time do this by simply flipping the eggs in the air use additional tools.

Those might be dish and spatula. After eggs are cooked on both sides sprinkle some organic oregano and sea salt.

While fish is still cooking leave them eggs in pan, so they can really suck the butter and all of the seasonings flavours and smells.

When the fish is done put the eggs as they are on plate.
Than pick 3, 4 or few of the fillets and put them on top of the eggs.

As long as for the sour cream you can have it either with the dish or as a dessert. It really depends on your personal preferences.
Just make sure it is Organic and full fat.

I do mine as a dessert. If you chose to do the same you can add some form of MCTS either by using MCT or Non refined organic coconut oil.
It is up to you.

For me there is no reason to use those powerful fast acting fats since I am going to bed afterwards.

Before the meal I enjoy a light pm training session and long burst walk.

After the meal I do 4 pills of chelated magnesium, 1 capsule vitamin C, a choline pill and 1 soft gel of vitamin- D(3).

I go to bed around 15 to 30 minutes after having the meal. Typically this happens between 10 and 10:30 pm.

I do not do this often. Actually not more than once a week or even once every 10 days, but when I do I always have very bright and clear vivid dreams. During the summer they might be lucid

Aw, and by the way this meal is also perfect Gains.

I hope that makes sense.

Yours truly:
