I would say that the “shittier lifestyle” someone has, the more impressive to that person Drugs seem.

I learned that during the summer of  2014, when for the first time I experienced the amazing benefits of the combination of:

·Cyclical/Seasonal Celibacy;
·Eating Mostly Ketogenic Diet;
·One Meal A Day (OMAD);
·Exercising daily (often 2x a day);
·Creating the type of stuff I always wanted to create;

Around the same time I also realized that having too much orgasms due to overindulgence in the habit of sex and/or eating the wrong foods could easily me feel very close to how I felt on the next day after doing Speed.

The way I feel now I would describe as very close to the one most of the people want to get from the usage of nootropics and stimulants.

Yet, I think that the feel is actually even better. Not only because it’s a lot cleaner, but also because it’s steady/permanent.

Spread during the course of my whole day It is how I feel pretty pucit has 0 side effects.

There are no mental nor physical rushes whatsoever, but theres also no price to be paid on the next day. Actually it gets better and stronger, the longer I sustain that lifestyle.

Can you even imagine how awesome is that?

It makes me feel so much more of myself.

In fact that the most of myself  I’ve ever felt wasn’t when I was high something, but after I started implementing all of the things I’ve mentioned

And especially when I’m using it to create the things I want. In those and in many other cases, I often experience bursts of inexplicable euphoria.

I take “advantage” of that euphoria to get something done and then I feel incredible.

I hope that makes sense
